The Swine Flu and How to Protect Yourself From It
When I first heard of this, it was kind of funny and weird at the same time. On the news I kept hearing more and more about it and came to find out that someone in the US lost their life from it. So here is some ways we can protect ourselves from it!
If you follow the news at all, you would probably know about the recent spread of the swine flu. Now I’m no scientist or doctor but, as a student living in New York City this new disease has me a bit paranoid. And since, the amount of infected in NYC has tripled just yesterday and death toll rising in Mexico City, I have decided to post a blog entry that will inform people on how to protect yourself and others of the swine flu virus.
There are many ways to prevent yourself from contracting this virus, all of which, do not require much effort or money on your part.
Hand Sanitizer: Probably THE best way of protecting yourself in times like these. It’s nothing special, but with hand sanitizer you can kill any bacteria on your hands without the process of constantly washing your hands.”
