AFTER HOURS NETWORKING SEMINAR & EVENT

The show at Crea’Cions was awesome quite a few SKILLA fans showed up to say hello and chit chat with me, also got meet some great new faces. It started slow but then sales just started to come in. So it was just really a good experience over all. Thanks again to everyone at Crea’Cions, you guys rock…..lol!

2009 Leonia Summer Craft Fair and Classic Car Show

I got chance to meet new faces and also some great people I meet the last time I came to the Leonia show. Didn’t do that great this time around but still have to be thankful for those that did support my brand. They also had a car show, which I got to see some wicked cars.

Have a pretty busy weekend, I will be going to 2 events, getting ready new t-shirts and schedule a photo shoot. The first event will be on Saturday 7/25/09 in White plain, NY at Crea’cions @ The Old White Plains Mall 2nd fl from 5pm to 7pm and on Sunday 7/26/09 in Leonia, NJ @ The American Legion from 10am to 4pm. And hopefully do a photo shoot after the event on Sunday.

My clothing brand was featured in a fashion show this Saturday 5/30/09 and it was so much fun, the people were totally awesome. Thanks to my friend Noreen for recommending  my brand for the show, also Morgan which was one of the coordinators for the event and Candace who is an awesome hair stylist. The models that were assigned to model my line were great and very cool.  There is so much more people that I met who were also awesome and friendly. It was a great day.

This pass weekend was pretty good and memorial day was totally awesome. Got a chance to play some soccer and basketball with my friends from about 10:30 am to about 3:00pm, yeah that’s a long time but it was some much fun. I also realized how out of shape I am, so I have to work on that….lol. This week end should be pretty good and also very busy because my line is going to be featured in a fashion show on Saturday 5/30/09, which I’m pretty excited about. Heading out to Connecticut tomorrow for Bethel Blooms Craft Fair at Municipal Center (front lawn).

I’m pretty excited about going to Connecticut again.

EASTER WEEKEND

My Easter weekend was awesome got a chance to sit back and reflect on the reason for the season. Also a group of guys from my church and I did a mime to Lord’s Supper the Sunday night, which came out just awesome. I was kind of worried if it was clear enough because I knew a few people in the audience didn’t really understand miming but they got it…..sweet! See the pics below!

All the poets that performed were awesome! We had so much fun, I also got a chance to meet quiet a few new faces.

So here is update #2 for tomorrow’s Poetry night:

So at the last photo shoot my brother stopped by to help out and to let us sample this cake like pastry(think it’s called Napoleon), it was totally awesome. One taste and before the shoot over all that was left was crumbs so I told him told him to make some for the Poetry night.

I’m really excited about Poetry Night coming up this Saturday. The feedback has been great and everything is coming together just fine. Today, I asked my mother and wife to pick up food at Cosco. The poetry side is progressing beautifully. For the most part, the poets have confirmed their attendance and I have an awesome MC for the night. So, it should really be an exciting night. I will do my best to keep you up to date with information leading up to the night of the event.
