It was owner’s nickname in high school because of his dancing and drawing ability, so it just basically means someone who has a lot of skills, a very skilled person.

Shipping/Handling Policies

Shipping is a flat rate for any where is the USA but if you are not in the US don’t worry we ship over seas too! After an order is received it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and ship, you will receive a notice when your order has been received and then another saying it has been shipped! Everything is shipped via standard Priority Mail with the USPS. Usually takes 3-4 business days on average to reach you once shipped.

Can I change my order?

If you find that an error has been made in your order, please contact SKILLA via email (can put another form of contact information here) immediately. Please keep in mind that processed orders cannot be changed. Once you have received the items you ordered you can return them to SKILLA (enter time frame, if any, here. ie- within 30days of shipping date etc). Unfortunately, shipping charges will not be reimbursed. However, as our valued customer, SKILLA will do our best to provide you with exactly what you need.

What if I want to return an item?

If you received the wrong product or a defective item, you can choose to either: 1- Be reimbursed for store credit. 2- Exchange it for a different item. If you choose to do either one of these options be sure to contact SKILLA for mailing information. When returning the item, include a note with the item specifying whether you would like store credit or an exchange. If you prefer to exchange an item, please specify the size and design of the item being exchanged and SKILLA will fix the problem right away.
