My clothing brand was featured in a fashion show this Saturday 5/30/09 and it was so much fun, the people were totally awesome. Thanks to my friend Noreen for recommending  my brand for the show, also Morgan which was one of the coordinators for the event and Candace who is an awesome hair stylist. The models that were assigned to model my line were great and very cool.  There is so much more people that I met who were also awesome and friendly. It was a great day.

**FREE ADMISSION**

Well here is SKILLA’s 1st hosted event of the year. So because I love performing arts, I thought why not let the first event of the year be one that represents performing to the fullest. Come out and enjoy, there will be prizes and surprizes.

Hey old and new SKILLA fans, I’m in NYC and it is ridiculously cold today. It’s 12 degrees but because of the wind chill it feels like -2 degrees. Anyways updates, updates, updates, SKILLA will be coming out with belts, more buttons and our first sticker collection pretty soon (hopefully next month). Also now in each order free stuff like stickers, buttons and much more. Just trying to give back to my loyal customers and welcome my new customers. And the biggest project that I’ll be working on is “all over print” tees and hoodies, so stay tuned.

Didn’t do too bad this weekend at my church. It started out slow but by the night service I had a crowd around my suit case(lol). The hottest item was the HEAVEN’S Garden Tunic and the SKILLA V-Neck. So thanks to all who supported, especially to Mr. and Mrs. Campbell………love you guys.

The fair this Saturday was cool, it was a bit slow but a good experience, got to meet new customers and interact venders……..so I’m real excited for the other shows to come. Thank you for you support and your sales. I’m also coming out with some new badges (buttons) and some other new products.

Kind of went to my first love on this one, drawing typography by hand. Also used colors that would help to reflect the phrase, which is what SKILLA is all about (the phrase that is). If you like and you’re on Emptees or Flickr show some love.
