We all like to have things that no one else or that very few people have. We like things that are exclusive and one of a kind. And our prices reflect the uniqueness of our products. All the products are made, manufactured and printed in the US, the cost of the shirts tends to increase. Our t-shirts are limited edition and collectible. Limited edition means that we do not mass produce our gear, which causes our prices to rise. Currently, we are a home grown business, not a corporation.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Shipping is a flat rate for any where is the USA but if you are not in the US don't worry we ship over seas too! After an order is received it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and ship, you will receive a notice when your order has been received and then another saying it has been shipped! Everything is shipped via standard Priority Mail with the USPS. Usually takes 3-4 business days on average to reach you once shipped. If you find that an error has been made in your order, please contact SKILLA via email (can put another form of contact information here) immediately. Please keep in mind that processed orders cannot be changed. Once you have received the items you ordered you can return them to SKILLA (enter time frame, if any, here. ie- within 30days of shipping date etc). Unfortunately, shipping charges will not be reimbursed. However, as our valued customer, SKILLA will do our best to provide you with exactly what you need. If you received the wrong product or a defective item, you can choose to either: 1- Be reimbursed for store credit. 2- Exchange it for a different item. If you choose to do either one of these options be sure to contact SKILLA for mailing information. When returning the item, include a note with the item specifying whether you would like store credit or an exchange. If you prefer to exchange an item, please specify the size and design of the item being exchanged and SKILLA will fix the problem right away. |
